Recreatiepark De Groote Vliet closely follows the developments surrounding the corona virus.The guidelines can be found on the website of the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). https://www.rivm.nl/ We strictly follow their advice.
We do our utmost to keep our page as current and accurate as possible.
At the moment we receive a lot of telephone questions via our reception. Unfortunately, this can prevent you from being answered by telephone. For this reason we ask that you only contact us, preferably by email, if your arrival date is in December. When we have our rules ready for January 1st, we will send the relevant bookers an e-mail. Keep an eye on our website.
Arrivals from December 15, 2020:
Our park is not closed, you are still welcome at our park. We currently have an adjusted check-in and check-out procedure, so that you have no contact with one of our employees. Our reception is closed until February 9, the bed linen is already in your home and the key can be found at an agreed location. One or two days before your arrival we will arrange a health check by telephone. If you cannot answer this completely positively, we may deny you access to your holiday accommodation. Therefore, if you, your housemate or travel companion have corona-related complaints, contact us before you leave home.
If you still need to be at the reception, the following rules apply:
There is only a maximum of 1 person at a time in the reception in addition to our employees. Upon entering you must disinfect your hands and wear a mouth mask, the means for this are available at the reception.
If an employee has to come into your home, the following rules apply:
If an employee of ours has to enter your home to, for example, rectify a malfunction, we ask you to leave the home temporarily.
A group in an accommodation may consist of a maximum of 4 people (excluding children up to and including 12 years old). A family with more than 4 people from the same household is of course also welcome. You are responsible for complying with this rule.
Additional information regarding the corona virus
We would like to inform you that we are closely monitoring the situation with regard to the Corona virus. We use the RIVM guidelines as a starting point for precautions to be taken. If you have complaints of a cold, cough, sore throat or fever, you will stay indoors. In case of flu symptoms we advise you to contact your doctor as soon as possible and to stay inside or at home. We advise all attendees, visitors and employees to follow the general hygiene rules:
- Wash hands regularly.
- Cough and sneeze in the inside of your elbow;
- Use paper tissues;
- Avoid contact with people with respiratory complaints (cough, cold, etc.);
- Greet each other verbally.
- Stay 1.5m away from others.
- Group formation is prohibited, you must also adhere to the rules on your own (rented) plot.
- Wearing a mouth mask is strongly advised in public areas.
If you show any symptoms, please do not come to our reception, but instead contact the GP on duty from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 17:00: 0228-581199 and the reception: +31228-583229. Outside the opening hours of the general practitioner, call the Central General Practionerpost +31229-297800. This is for weekend, evening, or public holidays in which medical care cannot wait until the next day.
For life-threatening situations, call 112.
For safety and precaution for our staff, our reception and eatery ‘t Hartje will remain closed until February 9, 2021. ‘T Hartje is open on weekends for take-away dishes, keep an eye on the facebook page. The reception can only be reached by e-mail and telephone.
