Recreation park ‘De Groote Vliet’ has been in existence since 1971, and as a result, the park contains a lot of mature trees and hedges. This beautiful piece of nature in the middle of an extensive water-rich area, with its pleasant and jolly camping-like atmosphere, is certainly worth visiting! We, the Joost family and our colleagues, invest a lot of time and effort into making the park so well-loved by our guests. The customer-friendliness, peace, space, excess of water and sportive relaxation, combined with a stay in a comfortable chalet or bungalow, makes our park a unique spot in the Netherlands. There is no busy traffic in and around the park, only lots of swimming water, kilometres of open waterways and fishing water with connections to the park. The fishing opportunities are legendary. A hydrographical map is available from reception so that you can discover this water-rich area for yourself.
